What this lesson shows
The solar path is treated as a full 360° circle and divided into twelve equal parts.
These divisions create a coordinate system for tracking position through the year.
The twelve signs are equal geometric segments, not physical regions in the sky.
The Sun moves continuously through these divisions, allowing its position to be measured.
A fixed starting point (0° Aries) defines the reference for the entire system.
The star background is irregular, but the geometric system remains consistent.
Over long periods, the reference point drifts against the stars, but the divisions remain unchanged.
